We're launching our new bus service to Edinburgh!
McGill's is launching our new Edinburgh service from Monday 2 May! Our new CapitalFlyer service will now operate to Edinburgh from Gourock, Greenock, Port Glasgow and Paisley.
The new service will operate every Tuesday to Saturday, and customers can enjoy five hours in Edinburgh before picking up the CapitalFlyer on Princes Street at the Gardens for the journey home - plenty of time to enjoy the sights and sounds of the city.
Ralph Roberts, Managing Director of McGill's, said: "We are excited about the launch of our CapitalFlyer service from Tuesday. We believe the CapitalFlyer will offer residents of Inverclyde and Paisley a direct, more relaxing and enjoyable public transport option to the capital. Customers can board at four key points, along the route and then it's straight to Edinburgh; no need for any Glasgow city centre transfers to another bus or train."
We're offering a fantasic 'kids go free' offer on the CapitalFlyer service too! For every adult ticket, one child can travel for free.
Ralph added: "We want the CapitalFlyer to appeal to as wide an audience as possible and we are confident our tickets offers will do this. Concession card holders can travel for free on the CapitalFlyer, and will also qualify for our free child place too - a great opportunity for many to treat the grankids to a day out. Our Saturday family day return ticket too - at £40 for two adults and up to two children - offers families a car-free and stress-free day out that the whole family can enjoy."
